Rude

For my work travel credit card, I use one that is through the airline and gives me points for flights. The card is with United and they have it through Chase. And they are rude. Rude for sending this. 

This is a HUGE book of luxury resorts that you can get all sorts of special service at because you have the card through Chase. Specialness such as complementary butler service, spa treatments, gourmet dinners, at places that are all like what is pictured on the cover. THAT WE CANNOT AFFORD. 

Just rude, I say.
